Name: Mina
Species/Race: Talking Beast - Falcon
Height: 1'22" from head to tail. 2' wing span
Age: Still young, bearing juvenile plumage
Build: Slender
Strengths:
Speed & Agility: Without doubt one of the fastest animal in Narnia, Mina prides herself on her speed. She loves to race and she loves the challenge of delivering urgent messages, pushing herself to her limits. Her top speed to date is 300k/ph, though her elders have been known to beat her.Capable of standing on her tail, catching food on the wing and flipping mid flight, Mina agility is unmatched in the air.
Keen Eyes: Whether riding thermals, sitting in a branch or at her top speed, Mina still has a crystal clear veiw of the world around her.Often going unnoticed, she makes an ideal spy or scout.
Camouflage: Tucked away among the branches, Mina is more or less invisible to the untrained eye.
Weaknesses:
Poor Combatant: Mina's only weapon is her talons, and to use them require her to get close placing herself at great risk. On the whole, she avoids combat.
Vulnerable: All of Mina's greatest strengths rely on her to be airborne. On the ground, she is useless.
Reckless: Young and overconfident, Mina will often throw herself into dangerous situations in an attempt to show off.
Allegiance: Loyal Narnian
Home: Wanderer
Special Skills: Tracking.
Weapons of Choice: None.
History: Hatched in the early reign of the witch, Mina has only ever known winter. She listens with eager ears to the hushed tales of summer time, when Narnians would dance in the meadow, she dreams of feeling the warm sun on her back, of times when food was prosperous and hunting was easy.
Her parents, were unconcerned with the war, though they'd whisper about better times, they never placed any allegiance with either the witch, or the narnians. Their sole concern was the survival of their family. She fledged from the nest with six siblings, but their nature has driven them to fly their separate ways, each seeking good hunting ground and a life of solitude.
Lonely as life might be in the skies, the lower levels of the forest have offered Mina companionship in all forms of life. She, like many others, remains a loyal narnian, holding on fast to dreams of warmer weather.
